Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains what personal data Uranus Coding collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Who is responsible
Uranus Coding is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at hello@uranuscoding.com.
What we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, message us on WhatsApp, or book a call, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, contact details, and a description of your project.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server information such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
What we do not do
This website sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party analytics, and loads no external trackers, fonts, or scripts. Everything the page needs is served from our own domain.
Why we process it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes ahead, to deliver the project.
- To keep the site secure, available, and working correctly.
- To meet accounting and other legal obligations.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Project records are kept for as long as the law requires us to retain business and accounting records.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run our business — hosting, email, and accounting — and only to the extent required for them to provide that service.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write tohello@uranuscoding.com and we will respond. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
Before launch: this policy describes how the site is actually built, but it is a starting template, not legal advice. Have it reviewed against the law in the countries you operate in, and fill in the company registration, VAT, and address fields insrc/data/site.js first.
